So I've been thinking about how a person could turn a card into cash. Buying goods online seems tedious. It seems like the best way would be to withdraw directly from atms. But unless you know how to work with emv chips it seems impossible. But if you were using a legitimate card it wouldn't be a problem. So you could order a card in someone else's name using fullz and then cash it out. Is there something I'm missing? It really doesn't seem that difficult.

This is all just a fun mental exercise of course.

I concur, what is the difficulty with using clones for ATM withdrawals? Can someone please explain that in the thread for all to see?!
