Beginner Carder | Help and Questions needed

I have tried 20+ cards, some just decline and some dont. I have a socks5 set to the location of where the card is registered, clear my cache with cc cleaner n shit, new fresh gmails with card holder name, but it still be declining. if anyone could help me i will share profits happily

Hey man ! I am also new to this. I cant help you but can you please help me with one thing? Where do you buy socks5 proxies from? I found some sites but they make me buy a plan first. Cant i just buy a proxy for my target only? Thanks

Hey ! I checked the socks5 website you provided. There a video in the FAQ page named "
How do I use your SOCKS proxy with Mozilla Firefox?"
The thing is that in that video the person is purchasing a proxy for russia and city perm. But after applying and when he goes to whatismyip.com it shows russia and city as Moscow. Moscow and perm are different. So, you might wanna check this as this could be the reason your cards are being declined as its not accurate. Do let me know if i am wrong or if i am right then too let me know brother.
