Bunq blocked due to a negative balance. Help please.

I have a fully verified but blocked Bunq account due to a negative balance. If someone adds € 10 it is unlocked and we can use it for Cash Out. The first time 30% me 70% you later 40/60.

Also I have SwissBorg to convert to BTC. Verified with proof of residence (€ 50,000.00 limit)
