Thats actually not entirely true... depends on if the phone was wiped prior to the bypass... because i guarantee if the iphone is on lockscreen then the activation files are still intact all you have to do is dump the activation files prior to erasing and just push them back to the phone once icloud is bypassed... phone will still work with calls internet and everything...
