I have a few cards but i never can get any to go through on anything, i really need a way to cash out to money... anyone know a good method to cash out

I give u free advise,
  1. Match the location with cards adress.
  2. VPN + Socks 5. VPV - ProtonVpn or any , Socks 5 vip72.org
  3. CCleaner
  4. Macadress change.
  5. Drop (delivery address)
