Can I hit the same site with the same drop?

As the title says. Pretty easy site to card. Has the stuff I want. I have a good drop. I’ve already hit the site once using the drop can I do it again? Or would they know now that it is being carded?

The card I used the first time is dead now and my account on the site is closed.
