Can i withdraw at atm with this ?

I have Msr605x and plastic with magstripe and a dump with tr1+tr2 + pin.

Can i just write that stuff in magstripe and got to atm and withdraw with pin ?

I'm in EU and the Dump is from EU.

Make sure you have PIN otherwise I’d recommend Walmart or Best Buy processors

but if i have magstripe with pin i can withdraw at ATM in Europe ? dont they require Chip for atm ?

not always, use a old one and you'll be good, don't use a bank atm use a instore or post office
