Can someone help figure out what I'm doing wrong?

Bought and used appropriate socks5
Changed MAC addresses
Flushed DNS
Checked IP, it was indeed in the right area, not blacklisted
CCleaner used on browser
Used firstname.lastname1@gmail.com type mail
Used appropriate US virtual phone number
Entered all correct cardholder information

Got declined first try on a small amount. This is my 3rd burnt card, and I really can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Obviously not looking to quit, I'll make it work somehow. Just looking to see if anyone can help out.

I tried depositing to a gambling website which the reputable cardseller told me is a working method, afterwards I tried Amazon for a gift card which just suspended the account and asked for proof I am the card owner.
People say every website is a cardable website if you're doing everything right, but it seems like I am not doing everything right.

For amazon if you just create the account and make a purchase immediately they will think it’s suspicious and suspend the account. What you do is create the account with the cardholder details name, country,zip everything us a vpn then add a item to cart one below $50 then wait 48 hours after that log back in and cash out.
