Can someone tell me how to find cc owner info

how do i find cc owner info from a bin

Do you have the CC owner city and name if yes... Then do a background check using cc owner name and city.. If all you have is a BIN(First 6 digits of a bank card) you can't find anything because a bin is generally given and not individually.
