No methods or specific bins for these sites? Aslong as I have working cc, sock5 and vpn then it’ll go through? Thanks.

For those asking what Bill=Ship means I will explain.
The term Bill=Ship means: use the same address for billing and shipping.... I know some of us are bothered with address to use, the address to use is your drop address. And you drop address can be your address or the address of someone that picks up carded items for you. But it is advisable to have your drop in the same country of the shopping site you want to card.

If the site is (AVS) compliant, the tut will state "Bill=CC" this implies that the Billing address must be the address of the cardholder - this will often come. With the CC you bought. Now, a site might have strict Address Verification, but can also allow you ship to another address...if this is the case, the tut will state "Bill=CC, Ship=Drop).

By the way, AVS means: Address Verification System.

HI Nick, someone commented that he used Amex Card but the payment was declined....what's your advice for this?

Finally, I have a couple of challenge I wished you can help me with. One of my biggest challenge is finding a legit shop to buy CC...there too many scam shops out there that makes it difficult to decide where to buy. Just imagine these ones: validcc.es & validcc.su. See also, jstash.bazar & jstassh.bazar....can you see the challenge? And the renouned unicc wants you to load up 100 at the moment you're registering and many of us don't have that much to spare. So, if you can inform us of a shop that is reliable and genuine, we'd be grateful.
Secondly, we would appreciate it if you can help us with a list of none VBV bins and those with high balance.
Lastly, do you know anyway to know the balance on the CC?

It simply means used cards. Technically all cards will be become used and by the time you are getting it, either by buying or collecting it from free shares, it is already used....but public CC in this sense means CC that has been fraudulently used before to was giving out. Usually, the cards that are giving freely like the ones in the cards forum are often already used by the poster.
On the hand, private CC refers to CC that hasn't been fraudulently used before it was sold or giving to you. Examples are cards you get from a spanner or shops
