Forgive me for my noob question, but what do Bill = Ship mean exactly? Does it mean that u don't have to pay as u order it but rather by a "pay in"-card that comes together with the merge?

Bill=Ship means that while ordering something you should put the billing address and the shipping address the exact same.
For example:
Billing Address:
First Name = Hamdan, Last Name= Ali
Address = "Blah Street #69"

Shipping Address:
First Name = Hamdan, Last Name= Ali
Address = "Blah Street #69"

Get it?
