Is there any working method available to card on CB though Epoch or so?
Tried an non VBV card with Socks5, clean browser, aged account on CB etc, but was declined (fresh card)

Did you check the live status of card and it's balance before trying?

Nope I havent, as I dont have the proper method for that. Would any non vbv card work on CB after its checked?
