So Im at the checkout kart. My card is not accepted for whatever reason. Can I keep the same information and just keep tryin cc numbers and exp dates until I hit or do I start over for each card?

Sometimes is better to clear cookies and start a order again, with a new card, it improves order success.

can you be more specific , are you trying to card using public cc or , you use private cc and you don't success ?
(if you are talking about carding attemp then the answer is definitly , check the cc in cheap cardable site that don't kill the cc like checkers...)

its a report sent to the shop if anything is wrong with the order so billing is wrong to many trys with the card if the cvv or ext date is wrong past fraud under the same info and so on

And this report could be observed only by the shop? I can't do it?
