hello i have full cc also with pin i need to know if i can write this into a card and cashout on atm i know atms who accept magnetic stripe i obtain information form phishing also i know some guys who got arrested that they owned a scam site to phish cc with pin and they clone the cards. so how did they do this can anyone help
