Could I use this approach to card?

So I've just been doing quick research before carding and have come up with this plan, let me know what you think:

On Laptop:
  1. Change MAC Address
  2. Connect to public WiFi
  3. Connect to VPN
  4. RDP to server
RDP Server:
  1. Connect to SOCKS5 (card location)
  2. Delete DNS Cache by typing on CMD : ipconfig /flushdns
Release cache by typing on CMD : ipconfig /release
Renew IPV4 or cache by typing on CMD : ipconfig /renew
3. Load Antidetect and spoof fingerprint to card location

BTC:
  1. Load via cash at ATM
  2. Acquire card with BTC
  3. CC to BTC (working this part out next)
  4. Send to TOR Wallet
  5. Mix and send to TOR wallet 2
  6. Send to clearnet wallet and cash out
