Do I still need to use SOCKS5 if I live in the same exact city as cardholder?

Say I live in New York City, and the CC holder is in the same place.

Would I still need to use a socks or am I okay? I would still be doing everything else using VPN, MAC changer and fingerprint spoof.

No U Dont,U Could Use A Socks Proxy Configured To Your City Tho, That Would Keep You A Little More Safe

Only if u dont want to get caught. When u card a retailer the retailer is on the hook for it not the bank. Retailers are now making criminal charges against carders.
