There are a bunch of old ones but from what I've heard most don't work well or won't hit for more than $100 anymore, I refer to Tapito cvv2nfc Track2nfc MyCard SwipeYours, etc.
People are really protecting this secret I guess, but I know there are current apps for Track2 and CVV tapping and they kill it for instore. Obviously BINs matter just like anything else.
I have a Chase card in GPay and that taps the ATM... I don't know what all Google sends over the wire, I think they send magstripe over NFC and/or EMV.
