Hacking atms are very difficult but not impossible. Most atms run on windows xp, so if you wanted to you can "possibly" drill a hole into the atm where you can get access to the usb port then ssh into it and make the atm spit cash. This has been done before but hacker groups. I don't recommend it, there are other easier methods to be making money
