New in this world, I see that people talk about some Fraud Bible but don't know what it is.

Also, I saw some threads on the other forums about carding (won't mention them ofc) where some guys sell iPhones for 35-45% of the real value. Is this real?

And can I find some sellers here because marketplace seems pretty empty or I don't have an access.
