Hello,
Im experienced with Cashing out logs but lately logs have been scarce.
Im wanting to know how hard it is to encode chip cards for ATM cashingout.

TL;DR
i need to know how to encode chip with pin for ATM and what hardware/software i need.

why nobody has started a tutorial about this maybe we can make a group on telegram and help each other ? i am from europe and want to now more about cloning emv cards

msr will not clone the chip but only magstrip. in uk, we use chips on the atms normally so only an omnikey would be needed
