How can I go about carding sites for gift cards/games like G2A,etc ( Complete noob)

So basically I'm very new to carding and as of now I get working cards from a private group of droppers thats where I'm at right now. I'm wondering how I can easily start making my own cards and bins for specific sites specifically gaming sites, G2A, CD KEYS and I'm also looking to buy loads of gift cards. How do I go about doing this? I also have cards like I said from private droppers so can I possibly just use those cards on those sites if so how? Cause they don't seem to be working. I'm a complete noob don't have a clue about anything.
