How do you know if a card is VBV (or MCSC) or not?

1) If you have a bin number is there any way to check if it's verified and be sure before buying or it's a matter of luck?

2) How do you know what the best bins are (it seems like a lot of people keep these things to themselves when they find one that works great)?

Website will tell you if it is when buying a cc may sure you buy from a person you trust so that when you tell that person you want a non vbv he understands

1- Yes....try to buy something online If you get a prompt with verify blah blah blah.. then your bin is VBV/MCSC .

if you got redirected, and you will get an error message with the follow output:
"There was a problem with your payment: Payment status - Declined"
" If you have difficulties to pay by Credit Card directly, you can also choose PayPal to pay by Credit Card."

CONGRATZZ!! your bin is non-vbv/non-mcsc!!

2- i literally have no idea
