Hi, Ive recently bought a paypal login with user, agent, cookies and his adres. I cant figure out how you get past the phone verification. Ive never doen this, could someone tell me how i get into the account please.

And then login
Then u may not need phone verification

I bought one, the seller sends it along with a request to pay an amount even more than the purchase price so as to access it in the first place. what load of nonsense!! does anyone have good instruction on how to access paypal with balance?
