How to clone card easily ??

Helllo guys, I would like to know if i just need to buy an EMV card ( on Amazon i found for cheap ) they have the magnetic stripe and the chip. To buy an emv reader/writer ( I don't know wich one ) and dumps on market ( like Empire ?? ) and to cashout on an ATM ( NOT IN A SHOP )Thx you so much guys.

bro as far as i know theres no way to clone chips since they are made to where the information changes every time the card is used i have offered big bucks to anyone with such thing as i have heard speculations of it but no one seem to have the right answer so to my understanding what your trying to do its impossible unless you can get the actual card off the person with the pin then yeah

Yes but because of the new system in France it is now impossible...

Yes Pelopelo, i also tried to write a card with track2 dump+pin, and no French atm gave me cash. i'm sure that it's still possible because of magstripe card owned by tourists and foreigners in French atms.
If someone could help us..

I agree. I guess that only the 101 dumps+PIN should work in EU these days. 201 D+P are really difficult (impossible?) to cashout, I'm still trying to find a way for ATM cashouts.
