How to get billing address of a bin?

I didn't understand how do I get a billing address of a card I generated and details like name of cardholder. Can anyone teach me?

What do you mean? I'm confused because the "fraud bible" had tutorials and many of them involved getting socks5 or vpn close to address of card and they gave bins in the tutorials so I thought they wanted me to find the address of a generated card. What did they mean I need to do?

did they even post about how to do it? if you cant find it means its impossible
