I Need Help Carding Egifter

hey ive never really carded much before but ive so far tried to use 3 cc on egifter done all the methods right ive read multiple guides and do all the methods right even bought private socks5 proxys to match the exact location got ccleaner vpns everything 100% anonymous on whoer and all matches up but everytime i try to buy something it says card issuer had declined
