ID to bypass the paypal limitation

i got my account limited and don't trust paypal with my info. Could someone make me a scannable ID to bypass it or give me a method to bypass it?

Supposedly you need to use the proxy and socks5 of the city of the account owner and that supposedly helps prevent paypal from flagging you tor verification.

PAYPAL IS STUPID EASY
ive put my pic on a chicks id and done a selfie with it and it passed i printed it out on semi gloss photo paper
