Is it OK to buy a legitimate hosting service for a scam page with my own details?

So I see a lot of C-panels being sold on black market, they sell for about $5. However, with the host from black market I don't get to choose the domain name. On the other hand, legit hosting is around the same price, and I will get to choose whatever domain name I find best suiting for my scam page. Like I could get my domain as "bankofamericaservice.com" or something like that.


Buying the host and domain legitimately means that I will be providing my own personal information to the seller (hosting company) and my info could be also know from other sources like WHOIS or maybe other sources I do not have knowledge about?

So is it OK to buy a hosting service legitimately? if yes, what do I need attention to in order to stay safe and anonymous as much as I can?

I've bought write a few cc and had no luck. I even tried footlocker

Why you advice against buying a legitimate host?
I checked the site you sent and it seems to be a hosting company, why you think I should buy from them?
