i tried registering to jokers stash and it required me to add $50 to complete my registration or $100 to be instantly verified. i added $100 and it still said that my registration was waiting for approval. today when i logged in to see if my reg was completed the $100 i added is not there and now it says i need to add $50 to complete my reg again... can anyone tell me wtf happened? im worried i just got scammed.

You were probably phished .... there are tons of sites that are a copy of jokers stash front page just for the sole purpose of what happened to you

no there's no need for invite codes but be ware since there are lots and lots of phishers and scammers get the official links...
i've been having issues with the blockchain dns but that's really a easy way to make sure you'r reaching a legitimate site
