No, if the card is reported stolen to the merchant and it was redeemed. The merchant will then contact the gift card issuer for the exact store and time it was purchased and cross reference the Store location the billing address of account that redeemed the code to see if it is a match. If it is not a match the account that redeemed the code successfully will get flagged for stolen gift cards.
