Loads of Cards - Low Experience

So I have around 8000 private cards, maybe around 80% are US credit. Have managed to order a couple things off of eBay with random success, and some software off another site. But alot of the time the payment either doesn't go through or simply verified by visa and secure code prevents me.

Any help or partner would be appreciated.
