Definitely, that makes a lot of sense with the vbv payments the money does not debit but it leaves us with the question, how to know if a site requests that payment method or how to deal with it?

most sites that need that payment method redirect you out of their page when its time to make payment

you are being redirected to the payment gateway page, which is not hosted on the same site you are shopping on
