I'm looking to make a dump purchase but there aren't many dumps sold from my country, and all I regularly find for sale is just track1/2 with no pin. In South Africa a pin is required whether you swipe or use a chip card, so please advise me on how to work around this because I want to do in store carding or ATM withdrawals. Thanks
