I know there is a thriving carding community in SA but most of the work is a bit outdated. Most carders still rely on looking over the shoulder to capture pins at atms then rob the victim's card or just carjack the victim and force them to give the pin so carders can withdraw at the atm. The methods are not only inefficient but carry a LOT of unecessary risk. I am looking for any carders is SA looking to start a low risk operation. I am currently low on funds but I have a lot of knowledge of how things work, the whole operation. I am preferrably looking for "guys" with the funds and/or the equipment to start a well thought out op so we can make bank. I stay in Johannesburg.
