I am currently experiencing issues with my Socks5 provider. (VIP72)
Whenever I attempt to card a site and run a check on (https://whoer.net) to see if my ip is the same state as the card holders it always reports back a random U.S I.P no where near the card holder.
So i need a carding partner. I am willing to go 50/50 on the profits.
I have 3 bins and about 5 active cards i haven't been able to cashout.
My preferred cashout method is Western Union and Moneygram (local pick up of cash) or Game keys and giftcards traded for Bitcoin on Paxful.
I am not based in the US or Europe so I can't get any proceeds transferred to a bank account or cash app or Paypal or Coinbase. I am only interested in cashout methods where I can collect money in my country or bitcoin.
