I email support and this is what they shared with me

In this case I would kindly advise you to get in touch with your bank/card issuer and make sure that:

- Your card is eligible for international transactions
- Your card issuer allows cryptocurrency transactions
- You are enrolled in the 3DSecure program
Once you get in touch with your bank and check these requirements you should be able to issue a successful payment through our system.
