Hello there,
I have paypal users, but I have only the access to the email of the user, not to the paypal.
I need to change password, from the recovery section on the login page, but I need to do 2 things: 1 could be give code from email (I can do it), but I need another thing, like: call \ sms from paypal, or answering security questions, or give full ccc number.
I repeat. I have only mail access.
Can I do something to bypass this?
