Hi i always buy diffrent bins and most of the time they dont work..what am i doing work??.. is there certain bins that u should be searching for??..and if it does work how do i know how much i can spend on the card??... this is for U.S. location..

You can look up the bin on bin.net and see which card it is then you can look up on google its limits
