Ok hi there im from northen EU poor like a homeless guy. Really into carding but have been failing online carding for awhile. I want to step up my games to physical carding so i got some questions:

  1. Here in Northen EU everyone uses pin and chip to buy things, like no one swipe will it still works ?
  2. I read some tutorials but still dont understand what i need to withdraw from ATMs
  3. Im planning on to buy MSR but idk which one, which one do you preffer ?
  4. Whats the best place to buy dumps ?

Dumps i buy from empire
U need an msr 206
Jcop j40 or j80 cards
Now the software im not sure on either emv x2 or emv v8.6
