online credit card carding problem pls help

I got live cc (Chase), use it to buy some gift cards or try other things online, order was accepted but soon been canceled. I set up vpn, got a temp mail address, and buyer's phone number(also try using a voip number). But didnt work. What's the problem? Should i use socks5 instead of vpn? Or is it just hard to carding credit cards?

Most vpn just give you randow ip address in the location
While vip72(best sock) gives you the exact location in the state in the country
So imagine this will you be blocked or not
