Hello, whenever I place an order with a cc, it gets approved then get cancelled. I access the cc owner email and I approve the transaction as not fraud but it still does not go through. Does any one know what I can do

I had that issue too $100 worth of giftcard. It got cancelled shortly after I placed the order
