get the authenticator app and sign up for an is.me account first from the website. then you authorize the id.me with the app but make sure the address is the same as the person on the wireless provider make sure you give 24 hours after changing address on phone to be sure it updates properly. The main verification is done based on sim card being linked to the persons address and name. burner phones also work perhaps. either way u can get past it. but u have to clear all cache etc for the authenticator app if u want to use it again always a different apple id.
