Hey all. A while back my PayPal account got permanently limited. All of my my money is currently in the balance and I need to transfer it out. I tried emailing multiple people at PayPal and even representatives for my state and I still havent had any luck getting it released. My 180 day hold is up in a month but I need that money now. Can anyone guide me through getting my balance out? You'll be rewarded for your efforts if we are successful. No I cant refund the amount to anyone.
