Anyone know where i can get some phones

I have a few ccs that i can use

Not only will you need a strong method, but make sure to have a VPN. This VPN (or SOCK's5) NEEDS TO BE 100% the same state/ etc your CC holder is from. Lets say the CC is from Washington but you are trying to buy in (let's say) New York. You need to be 'in' Washington aka put your VPN there. I know some people use NORDVPN, but sometimes I use Express VPN (which is pretty cheap if you are just starting out).

However if you want a 'free' option check out Tunnel Bear. For the time being its a pretty good option for you. You can try to cash out the card (CC) to your PayPal account but MAKE SURE it is NOT YOUR REAL address you can find MANY fake addresses online if you know where to look. (Type. 'Fake (or real) address generator for USA/etc') . Chances are PayPal is VERY common, so the card is already attached. But if the RARE case it ISN'T attached to a account already withdraw to that PayPal. Once you see the balance log out, then Wait 20 minutes, before logging back into the account to check it. If its still there then that's good. Go to send/request. Type in YOUR REAL PayPal email, select the donation (amount of money) you want to send to your account, check your real PayPal account for it.

Once you have received it you should get notifications in your email account (if you have notifications turned on), and purchase your PHONE with your PAYPAL account after. You will ship your PHONE to YOUR REAL ADDRESS so you can pick it up easily at your location.

When you say "you can try to cash out the card (CC) to your PayPal account but MAKE SURE it is NOT YOUR REAL address" do you mean make a new paypal account add an address (in Washington or where you live) and then add the cc if it hasn't been added to any previous paypal accounts?
