hello so recently ive seen alot of "plugs" loading revoluts n26 starling and verse accounts. they say download the app and just verify with ID. i dont want to be bumped for my account so i am interested in exactly how it works. could someone explain how loading works? from what i think happens is they buy a cc with a certain bin then they add it to the account and add money to it.
my question is do they need a certain bin and does it have to be non vbv?
and how would connecting to the same location as cc work for that or isnt it needed?
