Start carding in Ghana

I've read a lot about carding and I need some help putting all the scattered knowledge together and start work immediately. Can you guys please help me with exactly the tools and requirements I need to start carding successfully in Ghana?

There are a lot of tutorials online, but the tools recommended are always
Mac address changer
VPN/Socks
RDP
Good cc/bin
For the cc it's better to buy from verified sellers or you'll be scammed
Also use non 3d sites (I don't know what that means), but check for cardable sites .
Make sure you have a full cc ( full credit card information)
