I have some italian cc
I need someone to create a stripe or other merchant acc with us id's . I've done this before but actually I need us Id's to restrict the payout time
does anyone know what to do or any possible collaboration ?

Is actually harder now, they limit or close accounts faster. I can get you italian ccs but that wont be the problem, you need to have good success and low refunds or chargebacks
