Hello!
Recently i bought a few cc's from someone on telegram ( It was probably a mistake ) ,
After getting the cc's i tried them and saw that none of them worked ( Probably because they are dead ),
I used them with vpn and Socks5 proxies from 911.re,
After talking with the guy who gave it to me he said that it's probably because it's not from my country, He said that i need CC's that support my country..
I wanna know if he is right or just fucking me up...

He capping bro, since you got the 911 matching the country,state and city it must work, they are dead fs.
