There is an app called William Hill I used to use in Vegas. You could bet in real-time. All you would need is a full-profile and good CVV then do a little petty betty and pull out the cash from the sports book with a ticket#. You could conceivably do this outside of Vegas with a GPS spoofer on an Android phone.
I know the app works with the spoofer but I dunno about cashing out!

Don't live bet, just get Fixed matches, i have a source that gives me fixed matches each day. I can show you photos and if you think they are edited, well i even got videos too that show my betting history, i never lose. I can even give you some of my account password to see.
