Can any help me with how to transfer from a bank account to wire funds to myself without it tracing back to me. Basically what methods can i do with the account to withdraw funds or purchase btc, gift cards, ect?

Sending money to yourself can be traced back to you. Use a drop account then use the account to buy XMR then bitcoin and XMR once more and sell XMR to bank transfer. PM me if you need detailed explanation
